Welcome to D-ARTIST. By accessing or using our website, purchasing artwork, or commissioning artists, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
D-ARTIST is a platform connecting art buyers ("Users") with independent artists ("Creators"). We facilitate the display, sale, and custom commission of artwork.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Payments
We use PayHere as our secure payment gateway partner. By making a payment, you agree to PayHere's terms and privacy policy.
- Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
- Full payment is required before the shipment of any "Buy Now" artwork.
- For Custom Commissions, funds may be held in escrow until the artist accepts the request.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform to post illegal content, harass artists, or infringe on intellectual property rights. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Artist Verification & Liability
- Verification Consent: By applying for a Verified Artist account, you explicitly consent to the collection and review of your government-issued ID and other verification documents as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Platform Role: D-ARTIST is an intermediary. We are not liable for the artistic interpretation of custom commissions, though we strive to ensure quality through our strict artist verification process.
